Christmas Color in Florida

We don’t do any decorating for the season. We let nature do it for us. Here’s our version of red and green.

It’s not a very clear photo…again I am shooting through window screen, but I very seldom see 3 such striking males sitting so close to each other. They are usually darting in and out of the bushes and taking over the feeder. They were gone shortly after snapping this.   MERRY CHRISTMAS

  1. Beautiful! We were sitting at the dining table looking out on the drab, wet and dreary looking backyard, when five male Cardinals came and lit near the feeder and on the feeder. Suddenly, the yard seemed to glow with color! I love it!

  2. They are beautiful. We have a few of both females and males that stay around here. Helen

  8. Cardinals are the best holiday decoration. Capturing 3 at once is especially nice. It's started snowing again after we already have 14 inches!
