We don’t do any decorating for the season. We let nature do it for us. Here’s our version of red and green.
It’s not a very clear photo…again I am shooting through window screen, but I very seldom see 3 such striking males sitting so close to each other. They are usually darting in and out of the bushes and taking over the feeder. They were gone shortly after snapping this. MERRY CHRISTMAS
Beautiful! We were sitting at the dining table looking out on the drab, wet and dreary looking backyard, when five male Cardinals came and lit near the feeder and on the feeder. Suddenly, the yard seemed to glow with color! I love it!
ReplyDeleteThey are beautiful. We have a few of both females and males that stay around here. Helen
ReplyDeleteYou don't need decorations with beautiful birds like that Carol.
ReplyDeleteA merry Christmas to you and your family too.
Beautiful! Just love those Red Cardinals.
ReplyDeleteSnow is now falling here but may not last!
ReplyDeleteHappy XMas Carol. FAB
What a treat to get such beautiful birds at your feeders. We don't get them even in the summer. Merry Christmas to you.
ReplyDeleteStunning! I've never seen a cardinal.
ReplyDeleteCardinals are the best holiday decoration. Capturing 3 at once is especially nice. It's started snowing again after we already have 14 inches!
ReplyDeleteWow.. I love your Christmas colors! We had cardinals in MA. Miss seeing them here in Wy.
ReplyDeleteMerry Christmas!
